As part of SCSL's wider refurbishment works at Perth Station, the intention is for the mock up to be housed in a room within SCSL's training academy at Perth Station, situated on the first floor of the existing station building. The intention is that the fit out should be completed no later than June 2018. The supplier is also required to accommodate a mock up of the galley which is currently housed in a warehouse location elsewhere in Perth. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The scope of this supply is to fabricate, design interfaces and install a range of seats, tables, beds, floor coverings and an en-suite toilet which represents the new Caledonian Sleeper Mk5 coach interiors, for the purposes of staff training. The mock up will be arranged in four distinct areas: - Club Car (including training galley); - PRM twin room; - En-suite twin room; - Seated coach seats. The Club Car mock up will not be enclosed, but will be defined by a half height partition to delineate the space in the coach, whilst also enabling easy viewing of the area for the purposes of staff training. The finishes should, where possible, be the same as those specified on the new Caledonian Sleeper Mk5 coaches and the space envelopes should be dimensionally accurate, to give a true representation of the space available. A proportion of the equipment required is to be relocated from existing mock ups, which are located elsewhere in Perth..
