It asks suppliers to put forward fixed term proposals for a two-year contract (1 year committed + 3 x 4months), with breakpoints at the end of each period where NES can review service usage, user needs and feedback, and any changes in supplier offerings. NES reserve the right to terminate the contract at each breakpoint.
