Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the Provision of a Childcare Voucher "salary sacrifice" Scheme( "Scheme") to provide a scheme aligned with the HMRC guidance on Salary Sacrifice schemes. The Scheme will be made available to all Council employees who meet the requirements of the Scheme ( "eligible employees) and other parties where payroll arrangements are administered by Renfrewshire Council. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renfrewshire Council is undertaking market testing to determine the potential supply base for childcare voucher scheme. The Council currently employ in the region of 7,920 employees, it is estimated that approximately 2% of employees may participate in the scheme. Please note: These figures are estimated and the uptake of employees participating in the scheme may increase or decrease over the duration of the Contract. Renfrewshire Council shall not be liable should the figures change. Please note: from 1st April 2018, under the new legislation, no new employees will be able to join the scheme. Renfrewshire Council are thus seeking notes of interest from potential suppliers to help us to gauge the current market. It must be stressed that this is market research only.
