The feasibility study should: 1. Explore the process of installing a seawater pipeline and pumping system, outlining: - Geology; - Required activities; - Environmental impact; - Stakeholders; - Estimated costs; - Estimated timelines; - Available resources/supply chain in Argyll and Bute; - Bathymetry; - Costs (This is not an exhaustive list.
