### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Association strives to achieve value for money in all its activities including void repairs and at the same time it recognises that voids are new homes to the incoming tenants. The house must be safe, clean and tidy with no outstanding repairs. This is the aim of the void process. Void Repairs Numbers 2016 - 215 properties The Association breakdown of stock and approximate void turnover is as follows:- - Good Voids - Approx 140 voids per annum - Poor Voids - Approx 90 voids per annum - Enhanced Voids - Approx 15 voids per annum These figures will be subject to change as the Association has no way of predicting when properties become vacant therefore cannot reliably forecast the amount of voids needing work.

Renewal: The contract will be for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x single 12 month periods to a maximum of 60 months (5 years)
