The Framework Agreement will be a three supplier ranked Framework with an option of running mini competitions by inviting all three suppliers to competition. The initial Framework Agreement period will be for 24 months from Framework commencement with an option to extend by two periods of 12 months after expiry of initial period. The Authority is looking for suppliers to help them to identify and recruit key personnel who will be able to provide the necessary skills, experience, and potential to drive organisations forward and deliver on a range of challenging objectives. Options: There may, from time to time be a need from Participating Authorities to request additional non-core services such as assessment centre administration, psychometric testing services and a need for Participating Authorities to source candidates below the minimum level specified within this specification.
