### Lot Information

Lot 1

Supply and Install of Bathrooms within Bield properties across Scotland. We will operate a targeted replacement programme within our developments (i.e. not all bathrooms will be done at the same time within each development, for example those which have been replaced or had a stage 3 adaptation in the last 3 years will not be replaced). The works will involve a full bathroom refurbishment including sanitary ware, wall boarding, decoration, shower screen and trays, heating and extraction, lighting and any necessary boxing to exposed pipework.
