In the last decade, Scottish Canals has spearheaded more than 170,000 square metres of canalside development, generating 150 million GBP in economic impact and creating world-renowned tourism destinations such as The Kelpies, the world's largest equine sculptures, and Fort Augustus at the head of Loch Ness. Scottish Canals will assess applications on a range of factors, including experience of delivering projects. Options: Successful organisations may be invited to participate in additional projects subject to available funds and continued interest in participation. Renewal: The contract length will be directly related to the project proposals and the lifespan of the project.
