This will include the introduction of an IT tool that will help the SPS attract, select and recruit employees on the basis that their individual values and behaviours align with the values of the organisation (belief, respect, openness, courage, humility, integrity).. In regards to additional options, The Purchaser has the right to accept, reject or clarify the proposal, however no Services shall be commissioned without formal written confirmation from the Purchaser. Options: If the Purchaser requires any ad-hoc additional, but directly related, Services, the Purchaser shall provide a high level scope of requirements to the Supplier and the Supplier shall provide a fully costed option to the Purchaser within five working days. The Supplier shall note that these additional day rates shall be based on those submitted as part of Schedule C.
