A full scope and suite of documents will be made available including master property list, specifications, contract particulars and quality standards should you be asked to submit a tender. ### Lot Information Gas servicing and maintenance contract The principle objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified contractotr to provide the following services to the Association; Annual gas servicing Gas responsive repairs and maintenance Planned replacement of gas heating systems Renewable heating sources servicing Renewable heating sources repairs and maintenance Renewable heating sources installations Servicing of commerical boilers Renewal of commerical heating systems Repairs and maintenance of commercial boilers The contract will be divided into 3 georgraphical lots and procurement will be conducted through the use of the Restricted Procedure. Renewal: Possible extension of 2 years (1+1 year)can be negotiated should the Association desire based on performance and best value.
