## Notice

Graduation Photography Services

Abertay require a photography service for our Graduation Ceremony(ies). Suppliers should provide a high quality professional photography service to Abertay Graduates and Honorary Graduates. Bidders must provide examples for the past 3 years which demonstrate the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies. Bidders provide samples and descriptions of the products and services to be supplied.

Options: Where additional photography services are required, outwith the twice-yearly graduations, Abertay University wish to call upon the successful suppliers to provide these services, within the terms of this contract.

Renewal: 2 x 12 month optional extensions apply

Graduation Academic Dress

Abertay University requires a supplier to provide superior services to our graduands in the hire of academic gowns and hoods in the appropriate University/specific colours. It is expected that the materials used in the production of the traditionally styled academic dress will be of the highest quality. Bidders must provide examples for the past 3 years which demonstrate the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies. Bidders must provide samples and descriptions of the products they will supply.

Options: Where additional gown hire services are required, outwith the twice-yearly graduations, Abertay University wish to call upon the successful suppliers to provide these services, within the terms of this contract.
