This notice is to indicate that the University of the West of Scotland intends to contract with Unit4 Business Software Limited (Co No 1737985) to upgrade the existing Agresso Finance System which is supplied and maintained by Unit4. This contract has an estimated total cost of circa GBP 135,000 over 5 years ### Procurement Information This is a technical upgrade of an existing system i.e. moving the University's finance system to a more recent version of the finance software developed and supported by Unit4. They are in a unique position to provide this service. The version of the system currently in use at the University is now out of formal support and has to be upgraded as soon as possible to reduce the risk of system failure. This is the first upgrade of the software since 2010 and consultancy is required from Unit4 in order to resolve any issues arising from this upgrade caused either by (i) changes to the database and/or application software developed by Unit4 and/or (ii) local customisations implemented by the University of the West of Scotland (UWS).
