Northgate and their partners, have developed software that automates some of the key processes including change of address, single person discount, direct debit requests and student discounts. The level of integration and the business rules that have been developed are only available from Northgate. While other suppliers can offer partial integration only Northgate offer full integration to achieve the economy of scales required.
