Lift doormats to clean under if appropriate. Wash walls if marked. - Sweep, clean and wash bin recess (where appropriate) - Remove chewing gum residue. Monthly - Wash down close internal railings and banisters, close doors, wipe down communal close windows and internal sills. Where appropriate and safe to do so, wipe internal and external close light fittings. Quarterly - Wash close communal windows on turn/tilt. Wash communal lights. After each clean, obtain signature from at least one resident of close confirming completion. If no one in put card through all doors to confirm clean has taken place. Report weekly to Abertay, any tripping hazard, fly tipping or graffiti you become aware of in the blocks or surrounding areas to enable Abertay to take appropriate action. Ensure appropriate signage in place for any slipping risk due to wet floor etc. in compliance with health and safety regulations Keep to scheduled timetable for blocks each week and report to Abertay in advance of any change to schedule. To meet with AHA's requirements under the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman's complaints procedure, all complaints should be responded to within a maximum of five working days.
