## Notice

Perth and Kinross Council is tendering works to repair minor defects on Berth 3 sheet pile wall of Perth Harbour such as sealing gaps and holes and short lengths of adjacent berths, install low level weepholes, install flap valves. Works are also required to repair drainage gullies, service covers, concrete deck slab and fit a valve to existing drainage system within new service chamber.The tenderer should review the instructions for tendering (Part 1) which contains all the instructions for submitting a tender for this contract. I would note that a tenderer is required to complete an ESPD and submit a quality statement. There are minimum requirements for the ESPD and quality statement in terms of Suitability, Economic & Finance, Tech & professional ability, quality insurance and environmental management and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
