## Notice

SFT wishes to appoint a single provider to undertake an independent commission to assess the potential options for setting up a new Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) investment vehicle. It is envisaged that the vehicle would pool some of the resources from some or all of the 11 administering pension authorities, which could be used to invest in Scottish infrastructure and real estate opportunities. The Supplier will draw upon their own experience, SFT's, knowledge that has already been gathered from LGPS pension funds, and the wider pension fund landscape in the UK in terms of pooling funds to invest at scale in local infrastructure and real estate.

Lot 1

SFT wishes to appoint a Supplier to undertake an independent commission that will assess the options for establishing a Scottish LGPS investment vehicle, with pooled resources from some or all of 11 administering pension authorities, which could be used to invest in Scottish infrastructure and real estate opportunities. As part of the independent commission, the Supplier will draw upon their own experience, SFT's, knowledge collated from the LGPS pension funds, and the wider pension fund landscape in the UK in terms of pooling funds to invest at scale in local infrastructure and real estate. Full details are contained within the attached ITT.

Options: SFT reserves the right to instruct additional services for a period of up to one further year following completion of the Requirement up to the value of GBP 15,000 exclusive of VAT.
