Works that are required to be undertaken within the project include but are not limited to: Health and Safety Compliance Upgrades Lift car interior and controls refreshed and updated for DDA/H&S compliance Replacement of Hoist units Ropes Main controllers and door operators New bidirectional safety gears, bidirectional over speed governs and unintended movement protection additions New landing and car call indicator panels for DDA compliance. Variants will only be accepted in accordance with condition A31/200 located within the document entitled '32914 Bill 1 Preliminaries Renfrewshire House Lifts Modernisation' located within the Supplier Attachment Area.
