### Lot Information

Lot 1

DGHP requires professional services related to the implementation of Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to: - Design of the services to be implemented; - Configuration; - Transition from the legacy environment; and - Training and creation of "help" and self-learning materials. The in-scope services include: - Migration of existing Microsoft Office/Outlook data; - Migration of files to Office 365, e.g. OneDrive or SharePoint depending on the Solution design; - Best practice implementation of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams - Remote access connectivity and authentication to allow users to be able to remotely access Office 365 applications using PCs, laptops and mobile devices; - Configuration of services to support a range of mobile devices; - Handover of the Solution to DGHP including support for user acceptance testing; - Training for DGHP staff to support the Solution through knowledge transfer; and - Provision of "help" and e-Learning materials.. This contract is for implementation of office 365 for the estimated cost and duration highlighted however there is a requirement for ongoing support of the completed solution. This is highlighted in section 4 of the TSoR.
