### Lot Information

Lot 1

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to establish a single lot, single supplier framework for the provision of Data Analysis training courses. Full details are provided in the Invitation to Tender document. We require the development and delivery of three distinct training courses, each of which may be delivered twice. It is anticipated that the training courses will take place in the SE offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The framework agreement will be in place for and initial one year period, if the anticipated volume of work hasn't been carried out within this period then the SE will have the option to extend for an additional 1 year period.
