Carry out all downtakings as specified. Renewal and upgrade of Gas boilers, Water Heaters, flues Gas supply pipework and all controls All as per drawing M (56)-01 and controls specification. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge.
