The Contract is expected to commence by 1st March 2018, or earlier by mutual agreement, and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. It is estimated that the value will be in the range of 1,000.00 GBP to 1,500.00 GBP per property per annum. All materials and equipment is provided.

Renewal: 12 month Authority held option for extension subject to satisfactory supplier performance.

H620 Burray Public Convenience

The work consists of cleaning the premises to a set standard (as specified by the Authority) and reporting damage or defects to the building or fixtures and fittings.
