On receipt of quotations and confirmation that the service detailed within section 2 "Statement of Business Need/Requirement" can be provided, the lowest priced bid, based on the price for the initial 3 year period will be appointed.The Council will appoint based on a 3 year contract with an option for a further 2 years on mutually agreeable terms.This procurement exercise covers general VAT advice.
