Lot 1

An external agency developed and launched our website in March 2014; they have managed and maintained it since. By April 2019 Forestry Commission (FC) will rebrand. We will launch a reskinned and repurposed version of the website for a new agency. This contract is for a website rebrand, the development and maintenance of our website and its Joomla content management. The contractor will clone the existing website and implement a rebrand. During this contract, development and management will move from one website to two - the original FC site and the new agency website - then transition to the management of the new website only. This repurposing will not include major changes to functionality, but will reflect a change in visual brand of the whole site. The homepage will need a redesign. FC Design and Interpretive Services (D&IS) will provide brand guidelines for the reskin, leading on the look and feel of the new site.
