The provision of Maintenance of Sports Equipment which is a requirement for the Local Authorities of Angus, Dundee City, and Perth & Kinross Council, along with their arms length external organisations, Angus Alive, Leisure and Culture Dundee, Live Active. The contract includes but is not limited to the following elements: - Annual Maintenance Visits - Emergency Repair Visits - Standard Equipment Repair. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in the Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: The purchaser reserves the right to purchase additional services during the term of the contract should they so wish.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or periods) of up to 24 months after the expiry of the term.
