## Summary

Dundee City Council is set to initiate a tender for the "Provision of a Leisure Management System," aimed at enhancing the management of access to 20 leisure locations throughout Dundee, including sports centres and recreational areas. Currently in the planning stage, the procurement process aims to identify suitable providers for an IT system that operates on a "Thin Client" basis, with proposals due by the communication of the future notice on 19th February 2018. The procurement method falls under the category of services, specifically associated with regional or local authority needs.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, particularly those focused on leisure management systems and software development. Companies with expertise in multi-site configuration, payment processing solutions, and customer relationship management will find themselves well-positioned to compete. As the council is looking for innovative solutions to optimise service delivery across multiple locations, this could lead to significant contracts and partnerships in the leisure services sector.
