The objective of this engagement is to define the optimum design for the Kirkwall Private Wire Network (PWN) considering cost implications, security of supply, deliverability and potential for extension/flexibility of the PWN. This will feed into the consenting process (including planning consent) and the final investment decision. The Consultant will also be required to develop detailed specification documents to be utilised in the procurement of a design and build contractor to undertake the works.
