Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities.
