Tenderers are required to: Complete one ESPD; Complete one set of Technical Pass/Fail Questions; Complete the set of Scored Technical Questions, for all Lots the Tenderer is bidding on. If you are bidding for two Lots, then the scored Technical Questions need to be completed for both Lots.. There is a requirement for bidders to provide Samples as part of their Tender Submission. This requirement is detailed in full in the Tender documentation which can be found on PCS-T. Renewal: This requirement will be re-tendered when the contract expiry date is approaching. Bidders should note that the Contract Term is for 3 years, with an optional extension period of up to 3 years.
