The RMA requires the provision of a Case Management System to provide an electronic database to record, administer and oversee the risk assessment and management processes supporting the Order for Lifelong Restriction (OLR) placed on offenders by the Scottish Criminal Justice system. The CMS will be hosted on the Scottish Governments SCOTS network.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Extension will be for a period up to 24 month agreed on an annual basis.
