Lot 1

The works comprises the removal and replacement of natural slate tile roof coverings including all clips, timbers, lead works, internal lead and external aluminium gutters, velux roof lights and installation of new snow guards. Existing cast iron downpipes will be protected and connected to new gutter system. The Contractor will be responsible for phasing the works to ensure minimum disruption to the building user. The Contractor must ensure that the roof remains watertight throughout the entirety of the works.
