Lot 1 - Metal Treated Fencing and Gates - CAT scan to locate and avoid any buried services, to ensure all such cables are identified and not damaged - Remove timber, metal posts and fencing, concrete / brick walls, or hedging; include removing posts, foundations and debris and reinstating ground - Subsequent safe removal and environmentally friendly disposal of all materials, to recycling plant or scrap - Supply and Erect New Metal Fencing.. Scoring: Pricing Document 75%, Qualitative 25% Comprising: A)Timescale Management (25%), Management of Agreement (25%), Quality Assurance (25%), Risk Assessment (25%) of total Section A: 20%.
