It is anticipated that 3 tenderers will be appointed to the framework, as set out further below and in the Stage 2: ITT documentation. Taking the identified works packages below from RIBA Stage 4 status to Stage 7, including full construction, completion, maintenance and handover. The Framework will be over a 3 (+1) year period.
