Renewal and upgrade of Gas boilers, Water Heaters, Gas supply, all associated pipework and controls as per drawings M(5-)001, M(5-)002, M (59)-001 Rev A, M (59)-002 Rev A, and specification. MS - Rev B Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities.
