## Notice

Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) has a requirement for Vessels Inspection Services. Lot 1

Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) currently has a fleet of 33 ships with the average age around 22 years, the oldest vessel M.V. Raasay will be 41 years old this year. The majority of the vessels are chartered to Calmac Ferries Ltd (CFL) who are contracted until October 2022. CMAL will take delivery of two 102.4 metre dual duel LNG ferries from Fergusons of Port Glasgow in the coming years. CMAL also have a contractual arrangement with the 2 Northlink RoRo freight vessels running out of Aberdeen to the Northern Isles. CMAL's vessel team presently comprises of a Director of Vessels and two Project Directors, two Naval Architecture Graduates recently joined the company and support the Project Directors in all areas of business. As part of the CHFS (Clyde and Hebrides Ferry Services) contract, CMAL is required to carry out vessel inspections twice per year, one at dry-dock and one when the ship is in service. These inspections relate entirely to the ships structure and machinery and do not include any operational matters. For these vessel inspections, we from time to time require support to carry out some of these inspections.

Renewal: The contract can be extend by a further 5 years at the sole discretion of CMAL
