Lot 1

The Forestry Commission requires a tenant business to run the cafe and shop at the Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, currently the only 5 star visitor attraction on the National Forest Estate. The chosen business will also be responsible for managing, maintaining and cleaning cafe and shop areas of the visitor centre. The operator will take on the cafe and shop as a combined offer. This will include daily cleaning and operational management responsibilities of the Cafe and Shop at the Lodge Forest Visitor Centre and including an agreed minor maintenance program.
