Lot 1

DLT will appoint a Business Operational Planning Consultant to work with the Trust and Centre Manager on a two day per week basis for 6 months to assist the Trustees with the planning of its 'wider Visitor Attraction'. The Trust has an additional need to commission consultants to work alongside the team to review, develop and evaluate this planning of its 'wider Visitor Attraction', so that robust propositions emerge. The commissioned consultancy will work closely and in tandem with the appointed Business and Operational Planning Consultant and add commercial expertise, evaluation of emerging plans and advise on structures, policies, procedures, and financial management.
