The tender comprised the Capability/ Prequalification Document [ESPD], your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Capability Document Submission were assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds. Subsequently and only for those contractors who had their ESPD assessed as a pass- The criteria for scoring was to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission, ranked in relation to the other candidates. Price/ Quality percentage scores were evaluated on a 30% tender price/ 70% tender quality basis to determine the total score and the preferred candidate contractor.

Options: Options to extend the 2018-19 contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2023.

Renewal: The contract is for the provision of annual inspection, servicing & maintenance of landlord's gas appliances and associated works in the Employer's area [refer Schedule 1], Castlemilk, Glasgow G45 during 2018-19, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2023.
