### Lot Information

Lot 1

The successful Contractor will be required to enter into two contracts namely: 1) with the Council for detailed design; and 2) depending on successful outcome of 1), with the Main Contractor as nominated domestic sub-contractor for specialist refrigeration works for the supply, installation and commissioning of the complete refrigeration and control system. Note: A collateral warranty or warranties shall require to be granted by the successful Contractor in favour of and in terms satisfactory to the Council for all matters outwith contract 1.
