### Lot Information

Lot 1

The work will comprise the supply & installation of metal fencing & handrails in Council housing property stock, as required. The Number and Value of Orders placed will fluctuate both annually and on a month by month basis, dependent upon the requirements of the Council. The notional value of the Contract is indicative only, and no claim whatsoever will be considered where the claim is based upon falling or increasing workload. All works issued to Contractor shall be those surplus to the capacity of the Council's Housing Asset Services.
