Key HA had advertised an Open Procurement Procedure to appoint a Gas contractor to provide 'Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-Hoc Boiler & Full System Renewal 2018 - 2023 - North' to 64 properties in the Highland Region of Scotland and we did not receive one single requests to participate in the procurement process from the advertised notice, Notice ID: MAR314552. We therefore following The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 entered into negotiations with a local provider, Korrie Mechanical & Plumbing Ltd, and agreed a negotiated contract to deliver the service to the 64 properties.

Renewal: The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
