Please refer to Briefing note for further information. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Aims and Objectives of Service for approx. 450 children and young people use the service each year with around 180 attending each week across 4 venues. To provide fun, exciting, age appropriate and challenging activities to school aged children and young people with a significant disability during the school holidays. To offer support to activity providers in the mainstream sector to ensure disabled children and young people can be included in their local community or activity of choice. Children and young people receive support to meet their health care, behavioural and personal care needs. To work in partnership with families, schools and any other services the child accesses to ensure consistency and continuity of care. We would like to invite Providers to a Market Event on Thursday 26th April to give us your thoughts on how the issues of the service can be addressed.
