The Contract has been separated into three lots as detailed below; Lot 1 - St Catherine's Primary School Lot 2 - Houston Primary School Lot 3 - Renfrewshire House ### Lot Information St Catherine's Primary School The works comprise of additional roof insulation and a waterproof membrane and concrete repairs at high level windows. Houston Primary School The works comprise of the removal of the existing roof finish and the addition of roof insulation and a waterproof membrane. The solar panels currently on the roof will be reinstated together with additional structural support. Renfrewshire House The works comprise the 'overlaying', or 'over-coating', of the existing roof covering using a cold applied liquid waterproofing system.
