### Lot Information

Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a Supplier (the Contractor) capable of providing a cost-effective, reliable and efficient payroll bureau service. This may be through configuration of an existing solution, or the design and build of a bespoke solution for Zero Waste Scotland where this would be considered more appropriate. The Contractor must be able to provide a payroll bureau service that is both accurate and ensures that employee payments are made in a timely manner. The service must be capable of achieving a high standard at all times for the provision of the minimum (essential) requirements identified in the Tender document, and the desirable requirements as relevant and appropriate. This Contract Opportunity was previously advertised on Public Contracts Scotland in 11 December 2017, however this process was cancelled without Contract Award.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract shall be eligible for extension by a further two 36-month periods, which shall be consecutive to the original conclusion date of 31 March 2021. These extensions are subject to continued business need and funding, market assessment, and to satisfactory performance of the contractor during delivery. The contract shall not exceed 31 March 2027 in any circumstance
