River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake: - Reactive Repairs to circa 800 door entry systems. - Cyclical Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to 21 automatic doors. Further information is contained within the attached tender documentation.. The contract value specified within this contract award notice is the anticipated spend across the lifecycle of the contract. Due to the reactive nature of the services tendered for, it is not possible for RCH to stipulate the exact value which may be generated from this contract. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2 year duration.
