The Supplier shall be responsible for: 1. Ensuring the safe collection, treatment and environmentally sound disposal of SPS Clinical and Washroom Waste; 2. Supplying a sufficient quantity of the appropriate containers; 3. Ensuring that all containers (and related machinery) owned by the Supplier is fully and adequately maintained and is fit for purpose; and 4. Compliance with any and all legislative requirements.
