### Lot Information

Lot 1

We need 2 sizes of laptop (13.3" and 15.6" screen size) to suit our staff requirements (details of quantities in attached documents), 50 21" replacement widescreen monitors and 25 10" android tablets with a minimum of 4GB RAM - We need the supplier to be able to image the laptops for Cairn to our exact bespoke specifications. - We need all equipment to be asset tagged using Cairn tags (these will be provided) and the details sent in an electronic format to Cairn to update and maintain the IT inventory. - We want a 3yr warranty to be available (either standard or extended) for all laptops - Warehousing for equipment to support a phased roll out period (approx.3-4 months)

Options: On completion of the current planned replacement phases we will be carrying out hardware replacement for other remote sites and will have a requirement for additional purchases and support services.
