The project involves the replacement of the existing glazed curtain walling to the three areas of the west elevation. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The purpose of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the design and replacement of existing glazed curtain walling to Edinbarnet Primary School including all necessary design, statutory approvals and installation as required. The works will also include any internal alterations required to suit the new glazed cladding system. As replacement of the curtain walling is not permitted during term time the works will be phased over the summer and October holidays. The project involves the replacement of the existing glazed curtain walling to the three areas of the west elevation. The successful contractor will be responsible for: 1. The design of the replacement glazed curtain walling in full accordance with the Employer's Requirements. 2. Obtaining all statutory approvals as required for the replacement curtain walling design and installation. 3. The successful on site construction of the accepted design, to be delivered within programme and on budget.
