### Lot Information

Lot 1

Initially the ESPD will be evaluated with all bidders that pass the pass/fail questions and achieve a minimum score of 60% across all scored questions. Thereafter the Tender Document will be evaluated based upon 60% Quality and 40% Price all as outlined within the Tender Document.

Renewal: Subject to good performance (at discretion of Port of Leith Housing Association) the contract may be extended for another 12 months plus again another 12 months with a further option of 12 or 24 months.
