## Summary

Aberdeen City Council is initiating a tender process for the project titled "Progress through Positive Partnerships". This initiative, part of the City Centre Masterplan, aims to enhance employment and vocational skills for city residents and is part funded by the European Structural Fund, with a budget of £2.2 million. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with a future notice date set for 14th May 2018. The project will take place in Aberdeen, focusing on engaging various organisations, including charities, across the services industry.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in employability services, vocational training, and support services. Companies that offer training in areas such as ESOL, CV development, and first aid, as well as those capable of providing one-to-one support or innovative solutions, will be well-suited to compete. Participation in this tender could foster partnerships and enhance service outreach, thus driving growth for organisations dedicated to social impact and skill development within the community.
