## Summary

The Life Changes Trust, based in Glasgow, is currently seeking tenders for the project titled "Making a Difference: Assessing and Reporting Trust Impact and Learning." This procurement falls under the services category and is intended to facilitate an independent evaluation and reporting of the Trust’s impact and learning from its operations between 2014 and 2023. The procurement is at the Tender stage, with the submission deadline set for 22nd June 2018. The evaluation will be conducted via an open procedure with a total budget of £450,000.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses, particularly those specialising in evaluation services, social impact assessments, and research methodologies. Companies with expertise in mixed-method research approaches, including secondary analysis and new primary research, would be well-suited to respond. The Trust aims to partner with organisations that can critically assess and report on the outcomes of their funded projects, making this a valuable opportunity for firms looking to engage in social protection and impact evaluation sectors.

## Notice

The Trust invites tenders for provision of independent evaluation and reporting of the overall impact and learning from the Trust's work between 2014-2023. This evaluation will take an over-arching approach, drawing on and complementing separate evaluation of our funded projects and overall evaluation of each of our two programmes
